This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services and products offered by Vitwrsieve, a workplace ergonomics consultation provider based at 1002 Tirau Road, Lake, Karapiro 3494, New Zealand.
Consultation Services
Our consultation packages include Individual Desk Reviews and Team Configuration Audits. The following terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may receive a partial refund at our discretion, minus administrative costs
- If we cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge
- Once a consultation session has been completed and the written report delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund
Digital Reference Materials
The Posture Reference Kit is delivered as a digital PDF download. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed:
- Refunds for digital materials are available within 7 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded
- If a technical issue prevents access to the downloaded file, contact us for a replacement link or refund
Free Online Tools
Interactive tools on our website, including the Station Configurator, Kinetic Pain Mapper, and Joint Alignment Calculator, are provided at no cost and are not subject to return or refund policies.
